Key Responsibilities
Manage and service an existing Working Capital client portfolio, including renewals and limit enhancements
Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters and decision-makers
Understand client business models, cash flows, and funding needs to structure appropriate WC solutions
Drive portfolio growth by meeting defined business and revenue targets
Ensure timely renewal of limits and closure of all pending documentation (PDDs)
Track submission of stock statements, insurance, and audit documents
Conduct regular client visits to assess business health and engagement
Monitor monthly utilization patterns and flag any unusual transactions
Control delinquencies and manage exits of clients under Early Warning Signals (EWS)
Coordinate with credit, operations, trade desk, and branch teams to resolve issues within TAT
Drive cross-sell opportunities, increase product penetration, and generate new leads
Maintain and grow the CASA book and generate float income through group accounts
