What You Will Do
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, including reminders and collections follow-ups
• Monitor driver partner operations and resolve issues in real time

Key Performance Indicators
• Weekly churn targets
• Daily ticket resolution based on remote or physical driver interactions
• Driver performance tracking based on hours, supply and trips
• Helping driver partners improve weekly earnings
• Monitoring assigned driver portfolio based on allocated count
Skills Required
You must be skilled in communication, driver performance monitoring, collections coordination and Google Sheets, making it valuable for fleet operations, mobility services and process management roles.

Salary
Annual CTC ranges between ₹2,80,000 – ₹4,60,000, including:
