    Role Overview

    In this position, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication, timely resolution of complaints, and proper record maintenance. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

    Key Responsibilities

    You will manage customer relationships through clear and effective communication, ensuring customers feel heard and supported. Handling customer complaints with empathy and professionalism and resolving issues within defined timelines will be a core responsibility.

    You will maintain accurate customer records and reports using Excel, ensuring data is updated and well-organized. Supporting internal teams with customer-related information and ensuring service standards are met will also be part of your role.

    Skills & Requirements
