About the Job
Practice Buzz is hiring a Google Ads Specialist who loves turning data into results. You will manage multi-channel campaigns, improve lead funnels and present insights that drive visible business impact — especially useful for those who enjoy Paid Media, CRO and Performance Marketing environments.
What You Will Be Working On
• Planning, launching and optimizing Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns
• Creating high-converting landing pages to boost qualified leads
• Tracking and managing leads through GA4, Google Tag Manager & CRM tools
• Monitoring KPIs like CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversions
• Conducting keyword research, A/B testing, audience targeting & bidding optimization
• Preparing weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Staying updated with Google Ads trends, automation and bidding strategies

Skills Required
