About the Job
Proplegit Global is looking for a detail-oriented Legal Associate to support property title verification and legal due diligence processes. The role involves working closely with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to ensure complete legal clarity of properties mortgaged by loan applicants. Candidates with knowledge of government property certificates will have an added advantage. This role offers flexibility with multiple location options including remote work.
Key Responsibilities
As a Legal Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating system-generated title reports to ensure quality and accuracy. Your role will include conducting comprehensive title searches and investigations to verify the legal status of mortgaged properties. You will analyze property records, sale deeds, agreements, and legal documents to identify discrepancies, ownership issues, or legal risks.
You will collaborate with clients, lenders, banks, and internal teams to collect required documentation and information. Preparing and reviewing legal reports, title certificates, and legal opinions will be a core part of your work. You will also provide legal advice on property title issues, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation strategies while staying updated with Gujarat property laws, land registration procedures, and real estate regulations.

This role is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience in land or property law, title searches, and property certifications.
