Job Overview
As an Online Educator, your main responsibility will be to conduct 1:1 live online classes for students enrolled on the PlanetSpark platform. You will help students become confident speakers and creative writers by guiding them through interactive sessions designed to improve communication skills. This role combines teaching, mentoring, and performance-based learning in a fully remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging 1:1 demo classes to introduce students to PlanetSpark programs
- Teach live online sessions in public speaking, creative writing, and communication
- Help students improve speaking fluency, clarity, confidence, and writing skills
- Provide clear and constructive feedback after every session
- Ensure smooth delivery of both demo and regular classes
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a student-friendly learning environment

Skills Required
- English Proficiency (Spoken and Written)
