About the Job
The company is hiring a Direct Sales Executive to drive laminate sales across the NCR region. The role focuses on expanding dealer and distributor networks, achieving sales targets, and generating product specifications through architects, designers, and contractors.
Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for growing laminate sales through dealers, distributors, and retail counters, while also working closely with architects, interior designers, and project consultants to ensure brand specification and approvals.
Key Responsibilities
You will achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets within the assigned NCR territory. The role involves developing and managing the dealer, distributor, and retailer network, including onboarding, pricing coordination, schemes, display support, and regular follow-ups.
You will regularly visit dealers, retailers, and project sites to generate enquiries, close orders, and ensure proper product display and branding. Building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and PMCs to get the brand specified in drawings and BOQs will be a critical part of your role.
You will conduct product presentations, sampling, and technical discussions with key influencers to promote laminate products and new launches. The role also includes mapping key projects across NCR, tracking project stages, and converting specifications into confirmed orders through channel partners.
You will collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, schemes, and upcoming projects and share regular insights with management. Ensuring timely payment collection, adherence to credit policies, and resolution of dealer or customer issues is also required. Daily visit reports, sales forecasts, MIS, and customer pipeline updates must be maintained accurately.

Candidate Profile
Candidates should have 2–5 years of field sales experience in laminates, plywood, ACP, surface materials, or related building materials. Strong exposure to dealer sales and architect/designer engagement in NCR is highly preferred.
Applicants must already have workable relationships with dealers and the A&D (Architects & Designers) community in NCR. A two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory, along with willingness to travel extensively. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills are essential.
Education
UG: Any Graduate
(Diploma or degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory)
Compensation & Benefits
The role offers a ₹50,000 per month in-hand salary, along with performance-based incentives linked to sales targets. Additional benefits include conveyance or fuel reimbursement, mobile allowance, incentive bonuses, and standard company benefits such as PF and insurance, as applicable.
