About the Job Role
As a Sales Manager – Home Loan, you will be responsible for driving home loan sales, building new business, and managing relationships with DSAs, brokers, and real estate agents. You will work closely with the Area Sales Manager and internal teams to achieve monthly disbursal targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

You will also manage channel partners by onboarding, training, and motivating DSAs and brokers. Monitoring partner performance and ensuring compliance with company policies is essential. Skills, Experience, and Eligibility
