About the Job
This role involves handling general ledger functions, financial reporting, accounts payable control and internal compliance. Candidates aiming for Accounting Jobs, Financial Reporting roles, Taxation Careers or CA Fresher positions will benefit from multi-department learning and visibility across business functions.
What You Will Do
A. General Accounting
• Record, verify and consolidate financial transactions
• Prepare asset, liability, revenue and expense entries
• Maintain and reconcile subsidiary accounts
• Transfer ledgers, prepare trial balances and validate entries
• Prepare financial statements including balance sheets and profit & loss
• Secure financial records through backups

B. Accounts Payable Management
• Book invoices on time and validate approvals
• Ensure invoicing accuracy against purchased goods/services
• Allocate expenses correctly and reclassify where required
• Perform three-way matching (PO, GRN, invoice) before payments
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile AP ledger to general ledger monthly
• Maintain internal control procedures including vendor reconciliation, GST, TDS filing and statutory compliance
Skills Required
Candidates must be proficient in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Reporting, Taxation, GST, Tally, MS Excel and Financial Modelling, making this role highly valuable for finance, tax, startup accounting and controllership careers.
Who Can Apply
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
• Qualification: CA / CA Freshers / BCom with 2 years experience
• Preference for candidates with D2C or startup exposure
• Strong analytical mindset and accuracy in data handling
Salary
Annual CTC: ₹7,00,000 – ₹14,00,000, competitive for finance analysts, accountants and CA fresher roles
