- Teach and help agents sell more products and grow their sales.
- Help each agent increase their business by at least 20% every year.
- Make sure agents follow IRDA rules for licenses and payments.
- Check that all applications are of good quality.
- Help agents with policy services.
- Train agents about products, processes, and what makes our company special.
