    As a Customer Service Manager (CSM), you’ll look after the Agency Travel Team and partnerships. Your main job is to grow the business, make profits, and manage agents. Here’s what you’ll handle:

    • Watch over the daily work of agents to keep a strong flow of business.
    • Teach and help agents sell more products and grow their sales.
    • Help each agent increase their business by at least 20% every year.
    • Make sure agents follow IRDA rules for licenses and payments.
    • Check that all applications are of good quality.
    • Help agents with policy services.
    • Train agents about products, processes, and what makes our company special.
