Job Overview
The role of Ticketing & Reservation / Passenger Revenue Accounting Executive involves managing end-to-end passenger revenue accounting processes. You will work closely with airline billing systems, sales reports, and interline billings to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with airline accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
You will handle passenger revenue accounting activities using the Amadeus PRA system, including processing incoming and outgoing billings with other airlines along with rejections and re-bills. The role requires evaluating correspondence on SIS Web, reconciling sales and flight reports, and managing missing or unreported sales cases.
You will also be responsible for flight reconciliation, updating flight mismatches, checking duplicate or unreported usage, and processing sales documents, MCOs, and excess baggage records. Maintaining airline master data, interpreting Special Prorate Agreements (SPAs), and performing general ledger reconciliation within the PRA system are also key parts of this position. Strong email communication skills are required to coordinate with airport offices and internal stakeholders.
