    About the Job

    This role involves managing outbound and inbound customer communication, understanding sales needs, and converting leads into revenue. You will connect with new prospects, showcase product value, and follow up with interested customers until closure. The job requires a confident communicator who enjoys sales, targets, and customer-facing work.

    What would you do

    • Making outbound calls and responding to incoming customer inquiries
    • Explaining product features, pricing and benefits in a clear manner
    • Following up with generated leads to increase conversion rate
    • Maintaining proper call logs, lead updates, sales records and CRM entries
    • Achieving daily/monthly sales numbers and performance goals
    • Building long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals

    Skills Required

    Candidates should have strong communication skills along with basic computer and CRM handling knowledge. Ability to negotiate, solve problems during interaction, build customer rapport, and respond confidently is important for this role.

    Who Can Apply

    Only candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, customer handling or inside sales are eligible. Applicants must be comfortable with sales targets, consistent follow-ups and working in a performance-driven environment.

    Additional Requirements

    Candidates should have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal confidence, and willingness to handle rejection during sales calls. Comfort with follow-ups, lead nurturing and CRM software will be valuable in day-to-day workflows.

    Salary

    Annual CTC ranges between ₹ 2,16,000 – ₹ 2,40,000, depending on communication performance, customer conversion capability and total sales output.
