Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies across multiple countries and locations
• Lead and manage the recruitment team for sourcing, screening, and closing roles at all levels

• Oversee the complete hiring lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
• Optimize recruitment processes using digital tools, job boards, and modern hiring platforms
