What You Will Do
As a Business Development Associate, you will work on planning and executing sales and marketing strategies that help expand the company’s customer base. You will actively identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and participation in industry-related activities. Building long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders will be a major part of your role.
You will also conduct market research to understand trends and opportunities in the ed-tech industry and collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional content. Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients will help showcase Wayspire’s products and services. Internally, you will coordinate with different teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and consistently work towards achieving weekly and monthly revenue targets.

Work Schedule and Employment Details
This is a six-days-a-week, work-from-office role with Sunday as a fixed weekly off. Working hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM. Freshers will be hired on a six-month probation period, during which they will receive a monthly stipend. Candidates with prior experience will be considered for full-time employment directly.
Salary and Growth Opportunities
Freshers selected for this role will receive a stipend of ₹22,000 per month during the six-month probation period. After probation, or for candidates with a minimum of one year of business development experience, the annual salary ranges between ₹4,00,000 and ₹7,00,000 CTC, based on experience and performance.
