Job Overview

Proper training is provided after joining so that candidates can comfortably handle the work process.

Candidates who have completed 10th, 12th, ITI, Arts, Science, Diploma, BE, or B.Tech are eligible to apply. Graduation is not mandatory for this role. Both male and female candidates can apply. The age limit is 18 to 30 years. Freshers are welcome, and prior factory experience is not compulsory.

Salary and Working Hours
For Arts, Science, ITI, Diploma, BE, and B.Tech candidates, the monthly CTC is ₹16,790, with an approximate take-home salary of ₹14,250.
For 10th and 12th pass candidates, the monthly CTC is ₹15,700, with take-home salary ranging between ₹11,200 and ₹12,950 depending on qualification.
Duty hours are 8 hours per shift with A, B, and C rotational shifts. Overtime is paid separately at ₹123 per hour, which can increase overall monthly earnings.
