Job Overview
In this role, candidates will work on the assembly line for wiring harness and control panel manufacturing. This is a full-time, permanent job with a fixed monthly salary along with attendance awards and overtime pay.
Job Responsibilities
Candidates will work on the assembly line involving wiring harness manufacturing, wiring control panels, racks, looming, and harness building. The role also includes reading basic engineering drawings and using tools such as crimp tools and wire strippers. Proper training will be provided before work starts, so candidates can clearly understand the process.
Qualification & Eligibility
Candidates who have passed 10th, 12th, ITI, Arts, Science, Diploma, BE, or B.Tech can apply.
Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Age limit is 18 to 30 years.
Graduation is not mandatory.
Salary Details (Monthly)
For Arts / Science / ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech candidates
Monthly CTC: ₹16,790
Take-home salary: ₹14,250
For 10th / 12th candidates
Monthly CTC: ₹15,700
Take-home salary: ₹12,950 (10th) / ₹11,200 (12th)

1st Month
100% attendance: ₹1,000
1 absent: ₹850
2 absents: ₹700

Duty Hours & Overtime
Duty hours are 8 hours per shift (A / B / C shift).
Overtime payment is ₹123 per hour.
