ZoomRx is hiring a Survey Developer / Market Research Executive to support its consulting team in India. The role involves designing, programming, and deploying research surveys for healthcare professionals and working closely with consulting and technology teams to deliver actionable insights for senior leadership at top pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.
Role Overview
As a Survey Developer, you will contribute to building strategic narratives for blockbuster drugs by supporting custom market research studies, developing innovative survey formats, and working with complex datasets. You will collaborate across teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective research solutions.
Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with cross-functional teams at ZoomRx to understand internal processes, business objectives, and survey requirements. A key part of the role is programming and deploying research surveys targeted at healthcare practitioners.
You will collaborate with the Technology and Development teams to introduce new survey formats, question types, and help enhance the research platform. Ensuring survey accuracy, logic flow, and data quality will be essential. You will also support the analysis process by helping teams derive meaningful insights from survey data.

Skills & Qualifications
Required
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline, with strong academic credentials.
You should have 1–2 years of relevant work experience and demonstrate excellent logical thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Preferred
Prior experience in the Life Sciences or Healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
