Responsibilities of the Process Analyst
- Detecting and removing duplicate vendor records to maintain accurate data.
- Adding, updating, and cleaning vendor records.
- Receiving, verifying, and processing invoices.
- Focusing on the urgent and late invoices for swift processing.
- Recording Purchase Orders (POs) and Non-Purchase Orders (NON-POs).
- Timely recording of payments and expenditures.
- Cooperating with other teams for approvals and the fixing of blocked invoices.
- Processing manual and automatic payment requests.
- Processing travel and expense claims, correcting duplicate payments, and recovering overpayments.
- Approving proposals for payment.
- Answering vendor inquiries about account statements via phone and email.
- Following company rules while performing all tasks timely.
Preferred Skills and Expertise
Experience in recruitment, either within an organization or with a recruitment agency (knowledge of RPO is a plus).
Strong advisory skills in a deeper understanding that hiring is about so much more than merely filling vacancies.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) will be an advantage.
