Responsibilities of the Process Analyst

  • Detecting and removing duplicate vendor records to maintain accurate data.
  • Adding, updating, and cleaning vendor records.
  • Receiving, verifying, and processing invoices.
  • Focusing on the urgent and late invoices for swift processing.
  • Recording Purchase Orders (POs) and Non-Purchase Orders (NON-POs).
  • Timely recording of payments and expenditures.
  • Cooperating with other teams for approvals and the fixing of blocked invoices.
  • Processing manual and automatic payment requests.
