Key Responsibilities
Marketplace & Product Listing Management
- Create, upload, and manage product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, and similar marketplaces
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing to improve visibility and conversions
- Ensure listing accuracy, compliance with platform guidelines, and timely updates
- Handle catalog issues including listing errors, suppressions, and account health support
- Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA planning, stock replenishment, and inbound shipment coordination

E-commerce Operations
- Coordinate order processing, inventory updates, and stock reconciliation
- Monitor sales performance, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback
- Work closely with logistics and customer support teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Advertising, Reporting & Analysis
- Support planning and execution of Facebook / Meta Ads
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports related to sales, ads, and listings
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas
- Share insights with management and marketing teams for better decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
- Hands-on experience with product listings and catalog management
- Practical knowledge of Facebook / Meta Ads planning and execution
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
- Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, and conversion optimization
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with Amazon PPC or marketplace advertising
- Knowledge of SEO for product listings
- Experience with inventory management tools or ERP systems
